High-flying Brazilian   19 year old Brazilian Miguel Pupo has won the ASP PRIME O’Neill Cold Water Classic California beating out 31 year old Portuguese veteran Tiago Pires. The final day of the Cold Water Classic was moved to the backup locations after several days of limited swell and unfavorable tides.   (more…)
