The 2017 Volcom Pipe Pro is ready to go. The world’s most famous barreling wave is ready to kick off the competitive season with its classic and challenging conditions. The first Qualifying Series (QS) 3,000 event of the season runs from January 29 through February 10, at Banzai Pipeline, in Hawaii. Last year, Kelly Slater secured his second Volcom Pipe Pro title with a surprising performance in the first contest of the year. The event has become a reference, and it somehow works as a demanding warm-up for the rest of the season.
