Surf Lakes announced the construction of its first public wave pool on the Gold Coast, in Queensland, Australia. The creators of the central wave machine concept will build their first public artificial wave structure near Robina, the company’s home town. “We have selected an appropriate site in a central location that is easily accessible for residents and tourists,” notes Mal Borgeaud, CEO of Surf Lakes.
