The winner of the 2016 World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour (CT) title will compete in all three events of the Triple Crown of Surfing. John John Florence wants to end the best year of his professional career so far with a punctuation mark. The youngest surfer to ever win a Triple Crown of Surfing will try to conquer the prestigious trophy for the third time. Florence won the Hawaiian specialty series in 2011, and in 2013, but he will try to celebrate a new feat in front of his home crowd after securing his maiden world surfing title in Peniche, Portugal.
