The Bay of Plenty Surf Team claimed their third consecutive National Scholastic Surfing Championship, at Fitzroy Beach, New Zealand. With seven of their twelve surfers in the finals, The Bay of Plenty Surf Team claimed two division titles: Under 18 Boys and Under 16 Girls. “Being in my last year of the Scholastics, it is pretty cool to win another title and to go three wins in a row with our team,” underlined Jordan Griffin, who won the Under 18 Boys title.
