Anthony Walsh has taken out the 2020 Perfect Chapter at Carcavelos Beach, in Cascais, Portugal. The tube riding contest kicked off with offshore wind, and clean and hollow five-to-seven-foot barrels peeling across the beach break. The firing conditions continued throughout the day with all 16 surfers finding and scoring beautiful gems.
