Everaldo “Pato” Teixeira is no stranger to challenging – and weird – waves. In the past few years, the Brazilian charger has been dedicating his time to big wave surfing in places like Teahupoo and Nazaré and pushing the boundaries of foiling in unusual scenarios. This time, “Pato” went on a strike mission to the legendary Pororoca, a tidal bore that occasionally invades the Mearim River, near Arari, in the north of Brazil.
