The world’s first shark deterrent wetsuits have been unveiled by the University of Western Australia and Shark Attack Mitigation Systems. An Australian company and scientists from the University of Western Australia think they have designed the best practical solution for shark attacks. “The two wetsuit design variations either present the wearer as potentially dangerous and unpalatable to a shark, or make it very difficult for the shark to see the wearer in the water”, Shark Attack Mitigation Systems reveal.
