A riot broke out in Huntington Beach, California, after the US Open of Surfing 2013 final. A fight in the crowd ended up in a large scale riot, with hundreds of people destroying street signs, newspaper racks, portable toilets, city vehicles and local shops. Helmeted police was forced to intervene and fired pepper-spray pellets. Fortunately, there were no injuries to report.
