The 2013 Big Wave World Tour season will kick-off with the Quiksilver Ceremonial Chile, at Punta de Lobos. The waiting period runs between April 15th and June 15h. The world’s best big wave surfers return to the infamous Chilean surf spot for the 15th year. Punta de Lobos is located six kilometers south of Pichilemu, in the O’Higgins region of Chile. “It’s a spot where one can appreciate the true spectacle that comes with every massive swell that hits, spectacles that over time, have made Punta de Lobos one of the most renowned big wave locations in the world”, reveals Matias Lopez, founder of the Quiksilver Ceremonial Chile.
