The 2013 Roxy Pro Biarritz has been cancelled due to lack of swell and waves. The French event will be held in conjunction with the Men’s Quiksilver Pro France, running from September 24th-30th, 2013. It’s rare, but it happens. After five days of minimal swell, the 2013 Roxy Pro Biarritz forced all female surfers to fly back to their countries.
