America’s first Wavegarden wave pool has been sold to the Kelly Slater Wave Company. On December 28, 2018, the World Surf League (WSL), owners of the Kelly Slater Wave Co., bought the NLand Surf Park for an undisclosed amount. “The purchase price reflects the agreement of the parties that grantee is purchasing the property ‘as is, where-is and with all faults,'” the contract notes.
