Filipe Toledo has defeated Julian Wilson to claim the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast 2015, at Snapper Rocks. The youngest surfer of the World Surf League put an incredible performance throughout the event and claimed the highest heat total of the event in the final, a near-perfect 19.60. Toledo showed his active turns and his efficient air game and responded sharply to every attack by Julian Wilson. The Brazilian sealed the deal with a Perfect 10. It was his first World Championship Tour final and Dream Tour victory.
