Julia Mancuso finished her snowy competitions in Sochi and decided to ride the waves of the Black Sea. It might be cold, but it is definitely worth it. “There are real waves in Sochi. It feels so good on your body. Getting into underwater training has helped a lot with mental training. You have to know your limits and then believe you can push yourself to that limit,” Mancuso told CBS News.
