The 2013 Quiksilver Ceremonial Chile has been cancelled after getting green light to run, at Punta de Lobos, Chile. The first event of the 2013/2014 Big Wave World Tour is a no-go. The forecast had originally projected a 15-foot swell, but the surf ultimately did not reach the necessary heights. All surfers got green light to get ready, but a couple of hours later waves decided to stay in bed.
